What has to be done in the process of designing of a system?
ANALYSIS
 Examine the existing system.
 Think about what should be improved, made, and replaced.
 Make feasibility report.
 Find out if there is any limitation / problem to the new system.
 Study the requirement specification.
 Think about the output of the new system.
 Think about the users.
EXAMPLE: of a new system.
You want to introduce a new system of monitoring of customer usage in a cyber-café.
In the Analysis
You examine how many computers there are,
What specification,
What network they have,
How many uses,
How many staff,
Level of customers users,
Level of staff knowledge in IT,
